We value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. However, to maintain the integrity of our operations and prevent misuse of our return policy, we have implemented specific guidelines outlined below.

General Return Policy
We only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective Items: Items with manufacturing defects.
- Damaged on Arrival: Items that arrived broken. Items must remain in their original, unopened packaging for eligibility.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you received an item different from what was ordered.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect products ordered. Please double-check your cart before completing the purchase.
- Items damaged after removal from their original packaging.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Remain unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt. Any defects or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for returns.
Promotional Pricing Clause
Returns or cancellations made to repurchase items at a promotional or discounted rate are not permitted. Promotional offers apply only to purchases made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
Self-Serve Return Process
To request a return, you must:
- Log in to Your Account: Use the email address associated with your purchase. If you donβt have an account, you can create one using the same email address you used at checkout.
- Initiate the Return: From your account dashboard, navigate to the "Order History" section, select the order in question, and follow the instructions to initiate a return.
Important:
- We do not provide return setup assistance via email or support. All return requests must be initiated through your account dashboard using our self-serve process.
- Returns sent without prior authorization from your account dashboard will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Cancellation Fee:
Orders canceled immediately after being placed will incur a 2.5% cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers payment processing and administrative costs.
